1. Getting Project Management
Tell us your cardboard display project, such as which product you are going to display, how many pcs to carry for each cardboard display? Your packaging size, packaging weight etc. Where to apply? In shops, malls or for tradeshow?

3. Graphic Design
Once the our designer complicate the pop display diecut ( template) , It will forward to you for graphic design, and you can make any graphic onto the cardboard display you need to express your brand. You can forward the ready artworks in PDF or AI format by www.wetransfer.com or www.yousendit.com. And the printing artworks file should be above 300dpi.
4. Set up Sample
After we receive your artworks, sampling begin! We will print the ready cardboard display artworks with a digital way to save the sampling cost. Normally use inject printing with a plastic PVC sheet or UV printed direct on to cardboard to achieve the sample printing effect. It takes 3-4 days to make sample.
5, Test the Sample
Finally cardboard display sample are finished, there are 2 ways to test the structure. You can choose to send the cardboard sample to your office to test. If your products produced in China, you can choose to test at our factory ! Till finally all approval, then we will finished the cardboard display developing process.
