1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom paper tubes?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs for stock sizes and 1,000 pcs for fully custom dimensions. For small-batch indie brands, we also offer a low-MOQ trial program from 300 pcs.
2. How long does sampling and bulk production take?
Pre-production samples take 3-5 working days; bulk lead time is 12-18 days after artwork and sample approval. Rush production is available on request.
3. Are your paper tubes food grade and safe for direct contact?
Yes. We offer FDA and EU 1935/2004 compliant inner liners (PE film, aluminum foil, or food-grade greaseproof paper) for tea, coffee, chocolate, and dry food contact.
4. Do you provide FSC certified or recycled materials?
Absolutely. We are FSC-COC certified and offer 100% recycled kraft, virgin FSC kraft, and chlorine-free white paperboard. Soy-based ink and water-based coatings are standard sustainable options.
5. Can you produce child resistant (CR) tubes for cannabis products?
Yes. Our CR paper tubes are tested to ASTM D3475 and meet US Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA) standards. Pre-roll, edible, and vape SKUs are available.
6. What printing techniques do you support?
Offset CMYK, Pantone (PMS) spot color, UV printing, hot foil stamping (gold / silver / rose gold / holographic), embossing, debossing, and spot UV. Up to 8 colors per side.
7. What surface finishes are available?
Matte lamination, glossy lamination, soft-touch (velvet) coating, aqueous coating, and spot UV. Soft-touch is our most popular premium finish for luxury cosmetics and CBD brands.
8. Can the paper tubes be sealed airtight or moisture-proof?
Yes. By adding aluminum foil liner, PE coating, or sealed metal lid with silicone gasket, our tubes can achieve excellent moisture and aroma barrier - ideal for tea, coffee, and supplements.
9. What lid options can I choose from?
Metal lid (tinplate or aluminum), paper lid (matching the tube body), wooden lid, push-up lid, magnetic closure, and child resistant lid. Custom shapes available.
10. Do you offer free design or dieline support?
Yes. Our in-house design team provides free dielines, 3D mockups, and pre-press color proofs. We also help brands refine artwork for print-ready quality at no extra cost.
11. What's the difference between spiral wound and straight (convolute) paper tubes?
Spiral wound tubes are economical with a visible seam, ideal for posters and apparel. Convolute (straight wall) tubes are seamless and premium - the standard for cosmetics, CBD, and luxury gifting.
12. Can I order different sizes or designs in one shipment?
Yes, we support mixed SKUs in a single order as long as each SKU meets the MOQ. This is popular for brands launching multiple product lines simultaneously.
13. What shipping terms and methods do you offer?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms by sea, air, express (DHL / FedEx / UPS), and rail to Europe. Door-to-door logistics handled by our in-house export team.
