How Orders are Handled

1.Once we received the order, the sales person will prepare a Production Requirements Form, Including all the order details related production, such as qty, delivery time, sample comments.

2.Have a production meeting: sales person, structurer designer, graphic designer, production manager, purchase manager together to make sure all are right.

3.Structure designer to design and test the structure.

4.Graphic designer to deal with the graphics.

5.Purchase department make the order and purchase.

6.Production department manage the production flow as below.

7.Co-PACKING department make the packing and shipment.

Delivery

Sample 3-5 days

Bulk 15-20days

Rush Order Experience

1.We will gather all our department together to ensure each process with highest effective.

2.Gather all our supplier together to ensure they can delivery our material timely.

Payment

30% deposit, balance 70% before shipment.

How to Deal with Quality Issue

1.Sales person feedbacks the quality issues.

2.Production department find out why this issue accursed.
