In the fast-paced Packaging and Cardboard Display business competition, Holidaypac Environmentally Friendly Packaging and Cardboard Display Company has always believed that the power of the team is the core driving force for the company to move forward. From April 2 to April 9, 2025, we embarked on an 8-day team-building trip to Xinjiang, measuring the magnificent mountains and rivers of the motherland with our feet and feeling the warm power of the team with our hearts. This is not only a relaxing journey, but also a deep return of the company to the hard work of employees and a vivid practice of the company's commitment to creating a harmonious and inclusive working environment. ​

On April 2, we set off from Xiamen, transited through Taiyuan, and finally arrived in Urumqi after a 12-hour long flight. This journey full of expectations kicked off.

The next day, we came to the Tianchi Scenic Area in Urumqi. Standing by the alpine lake, overlooking the majestic Bogda Peak, the pure lake water and the snow-capped mountains complement each other, as if a beautiful landscape painting is slowly unfolding in front of us. Everyone was immersed in this quiet and magnificent scenery, and the fatigue of daily work instantly dissipated. ​

On the third day, Sayram Lake, "the last tear of the Atlantic Ocean", welcomed us with its unique charm. The lakeside covered with ice and snow, the lush forest, the sparkling lake water, and the elegant swans swimming leisurely on the water. Fortunately, we also witnessed the romantic scene of two swans making a heart shape, and everyone cheered and used cameras to record this loving moment. At this moment, we felt the magic and beauty of nature, and in each other's amazement and laughter, we narrowed the distance between our hearts. ​

On the fourth day, thousands of acres of wild apricot flowers in Turgen Xinghuagou bloomed, and the pink and white sea of ​​flowers was poetic and picturesque. Cassie, the founder of the company, rented a cute lamb, and everyone took photos with the lamb, and laughter echoed in the apricot blossoms. This warm and interesting scene shows the close relationship between the company's leaders and employees, and also makes us feel the warmth of the Holidaypac family.​

On the fifth day, we set foot on the Nalati grassland. Here, our respected boss told us the love story of the Nalati shepherds. With the song based on this story playing during the journey, we seemed to travel through time and space and walked into that romantic and moving legend. The vastness of the grassland not only broadened our horizons, but also made us understand that we also need to have the same tolerance and tenacity as the grassland at work. ​

On the sixth day, although the Bayinbuluke scenic area was not open due to ice and snow, as southerners, we saw the magnificent snow scene in the north for the first time. The silver-clad world shocked everyone's heart. Faced with this unexpected "surprise", everyone did not complain at all, but cherished this rare experience more, sharing their inner shock and joy with each other, and further enhanced the cohesion of the team. ​

On the seventh day, we came to Turpan, tasted the sweet and delicious raisins, and then went to the Kumtag Desert. In the desert, everyone experienced the excitement of sand sliding together, speeding down from the top of the sand dunes, screaming and laughing intertwined. This challenging and fun activity made us understand that we also need the courage to try and break through at work. ​

On the eighth day, we returned to Urumqi, visited the International Grand Bazaar at night, and selected and bought various Xinjiang specialties, which brought this unforgettable journey to a successful conclusion. Finally, we returned to Xiamen safely via Shanghai. ​

This Xinjiang team building not only allowed us to appreciate the beauty of the motherland, but more importantly, it enhanced the understanding between colleagues and greatly enhanced the team cohesion. We helped and supported each other during the trip, faced various situations during the trip together, and deeply felt the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. At the same time, this is also the company's full recognition of the hard work, dedication and contribution of employees to Holidaypac's success. ​
