Holidaypac, a leader in retail display design, aimed to enhance product presentation and functionality for Source de Cristal’s clients (stone suppliers and retailers) by creating modular, durable, and customizable displays and boxes that could accommodate various product types while allowing easy updates to product information through interchangeable headers and magnetic cards. 

Challenge

The primary challenges included: 

1. Versatility: Designing displays and boxes that could accommodate a wide range of products, including pendants, bracelets, necklaces, pendulums, tumbled stones, rough stones, and animal-shaped items. 
2. Customizability: Ensuring headers and stone information cards could be easily swapped to reflect different product types or stone names without compromising the display’s aesthetics or functionality. 
3. Durability and Cost-Effectiveness: Using materials like KT board PVC, cardboard, and wood that balance durability with affordability for wholesale distribution. 
4. Functionality: Incorporating features like manual rotation for double-sided displays, magnetic covers for secure closure, and removable headers for flexibility. 
5. Compact Design: Creating space-efficient solutions, such as stackable trays and multi-level boxes, to maximize retail display space while maintaining accessibility.

Holidaypac collaborated with Source de Cristal to develop a range of display and packaging solutions tailored to their diverse product line. The solutions included:

A. Double-Sided Display Structure

• Material: KT board PVC or cardboard for lightweight durability.
• Features:
  • Double-sided design with manual rotation for easy access to both sides.
  • Steel white hooks for displaying pendants, bracelets, necklaces, pendulums, and esoteric silver pendants.
  • Interchangeable header using clips or magnets to indicate product type (e.g., bracelets, necklaces).

B. Wooden Structure with Magnetic Panel
