Cardboard beverage display stand
A cardboard beverage display stand is a free-standing, printed corrugated floor unit that holds bottled drinks upright on die-cut shelves at the point of sale.
Holidaypac designs and manufactures these stands for bottled water, sports drinks, energy drinks, functional beverages and reusable bottles, with the shelf layout, hole size and artwork built around your bottle.

Built around your bottle
Instead of a generic shelf, each tier can carry a die-cut insert with round holes sized to your bottle, so every bottle stands upright, faces forward and stays in place during shipping, restocking and daily shopping.
Shelf depth, hole diameter, number of facings and number of tiers all follow your bottle size and your store plan. Flat shelves are also available for multipacks or boxed products.

How we size a beverage display
To quote accurately we ask for the bottle diameter, bottle height, filled weight per bottle and how many bottles you want per tier. With these numbers we choose the board grade, shelf supports and hole spacing, then build a sample so you can load real product before mass production.
We do not quote a fixed weight capacity without your product data, because the safe load depends on the bottle, the fill level and the structure chosen.
Printing and finishes
The header, side panels and shelf lips are printed in full color, so the display advertises your drink from the aisle and from the side.
Common finishes include gloss or matte lamination, spot UV, embossing and hot stamping. We recommend the finish that suits the store environment and your budget.
Materials
Bottled drinks are heavy, so the board grade and shelf supports are chosen from the filled weight of a full tier.
Holidaypac is FSC® certified, and FSC®-certified board is available for your display on request.
