Cardboard shelf display
A cardboard shelf display is a free-standing, printed corrugated unit with several shelves that presents packaged products at the point of sale.
This model has four open shelves between printed side panels, an arched header on top and a printed base below. It was made for a sugar brand's jam-making promotion, and the same format works for beer cans, multipacks, bottled drinks and boxed food.
Size
There is no fixed catalogue size. We set the overall height, the width of each shelf and the shelf depth from your product dimensions, the number of facings you want and the retailer's height limit.

Header
The shaped header rises above the shelves so the brand can be seen from the end of the aisle. On this display it holds the brand logo, the campaign website and fruit artwork that matches the promotion.

Shelves
Each shelf is a tray with a raised front lip. The lips are printed with a decorative border and a small brand badge, so the display still looks finished when the shelves run low.
For beer cans, jars or bottles, shelf depth and lip height are set so products stand securely and the label faces the shopper.
Printed base
The lowest section is a printed base with product imagery and the campaign website, which keeps the display attractive at shoppers' feet and hides the structure underneath.

Printing and finishes
The header, side panels and shelf lips are all printed, so the display works as advertising from the aisle and from the side. A shaped header lifts your brand above the shelf line.
Common finishes include gloss or matte lamination, spot UV, embossing and hot stamping. We recommend the finish that suits the store environment and your budget.

The display is made from corrugated cardboard, with the grade chosen for your product weight. A printed top sheet gives the photographic finish shown here.
