A truly high-performance disposable BBQ parchment paper is not just paper plus oil. At Holidaypac, we engineer our silicone coated paper with a multi-layer chemistry that delivers consistent non-stick release across hundreds of thousands of cooking surfaces every day. The base substrate is 100% virgin food-grade kraft pulp, processed without chlorine bleaching to keep the natural fiber strength intact. This is the same pulp grade used for premium baking and dim-sum steamer paper.
On top of the substrate, we apply a thin, even film of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) food-grade silicone, the same release polymer used by leading global parchment brands. The silicone is platinum-cured at high temperature to form a stable cross-linked surface that resists migration into food and does not break down at grilling or baking temperatures. The result is a sheet that releases food cleanly, repels grease, and stays structurally intact even when exposed to direct flame radiation on a charcoal or gas grill.
