Holidaypac custom pallet skirts give stacked beverage cases a coordinated printed face while leaving the case arrangement central to the display. This panel format uses a fold between two graphic faces, with shaped edges and lower flaps developed around the intended merchandising layout. It is an option for buyers planning a branded case-stack promotion with a separate pallet and merchandise supply.
Minimum order quantity: 200 pieces. Send the pallet footprint, case dimensions, stack layout and artwork brief for a project quotation.
Image guide: The five-image gallery includes AI-generated product, supermarket and corner-panel visualizations, plus two artwork-based reference graphics for dimensions and lower flaps. These are explanatory concepts, not photographs of a manufactured sample or a store installation. The pictured brand graphics and products belong to that reference design; your order uses your approved artwork. Beverage products and the wooden pallet are not included.
Start with the loaded arrangement rather than the graphic panel alone. Confirm which sides customers approach, how the cases are replenished and how much of the carton front should remain visible. The concept illustration shows panels around selected faces of a stacked-case presentation. Coverage can be discussed for your own layout instead of assuming that a single panel wraps the entire pallet.
The panel is a printed display component. Its presence does not establish the load capacity or stability of the pallet stack. Case strength, stacking pattern, pallet condition and any separate restraints must be considered when the complete arrangement is reviewed.
The reference artwork places a campaign message on one face and a product graphic on the adjoining face. Keep essential text clear of folds, joins and trimmed edges. Check the face sequence on an assembled sample so a headline remains readable from the intended aisle approach.
The dimensions printed on this historical drawing belong to that design. They are not a standard size for every order. For a new project, the panel widths and height should be set from the actual pallet and case stack before the artwork is finalized. Confirm the final dieline version together with the approved print file.
The lower portion of the drawing includes angled flaps and fold lines. Their shape, overlap and final fixing method need to suit the selected base and assembly sequence. Review any clearance needed for handling equipment and confirm whether panels are fitted before shipment or at the store.
A folded sample helps check the corners, edges and panel alignment. If the display will be shipped with products already loaded, review the packed arrangement separately from an empty store-assembled version. Agree on the packing method and the installation instructions before production.
Holidaypac can review these details with your artwork to define the proposed panel specification. Material grade, finish, attachment details, packaging and production timing are confirmed for the individual order. Include the retailer's current written requirements where a specific retail program applies.
The MOQ is 200 pieces. Tell us the number of artwork versions and quantities for each so the quotation can define them clearly.
Yes. The gallery illustrates a panel arrangement and graphic layout. Provide your own approved branding and case dimensions for a new proposal. Existing reference graphics are not supplied as artwork for other brands.
No. The product, retail scene and corner-panel images are AI-generated visualizations based on a reference design. The dimension and flap graphics interpret its artwork. The dimensions describe the reference panel, not the whole pallet. A new order requires its own confirmed drawing and sample approval.
Do not use the printed panels as a substitute for a suitable pallet, stable case stacking or separately specified supports. Review the load and stability requirements of the complete display.
