HolidayPac manufactures custom Walmart PDQ display trays for boxed underwear and apparel. This blue cardboard tray combines a low front, tall back, sloped side panels and die-cut hand holes. Brand graphics on the front and sides make the display easy to identify from different aisle angles.
PDQ means “Pretty Darn Quick” in retail merchandising: a tray that presents products together and helps simplify shelf setup. This photographed sample shows a Pair of Thieves boxer brief display. Your order can use your own artwork, product layout and shelf dimensions.
The front view shows a shallow tray lip carrying the brand name, product category and value message. Boxed apparel can sit behind this lip while remaining accessible from the front. We review front-panel height against your actual product packs so important product information stays visible.

The right-side view shows the side panel rising from the low front to the tall back. This profile frames the merchandise while leaving the front open. The side artwork gives shoppers another view of the brand as they approach along the aisle.

The opposite angle shows how the printed front strip meets the left side panel. During artwork review, the logo and text should be positioned clear of folds and panel edges. Your own branding and campaign message can be arranged around the approved cutting layout.

The rear photograph shows the broad back panel and the visible connections near the corners. This view helps buyers review the assembled outline and where panels join. Board grade and loaded strength are confirmed through the agreed specification and sample testing.

The side profile clearly shows an oval hand hole above the printed logo. The opening provides a grip point when handling the tray. Its position and size should be reviewed against the finished product arrangement; handling a loaded tray requires validation with the actual packed weight.

The interior view shows the white base, fold lines and open loading area. Product width, depth and quantity per tray determine the final layout. If your packs need dividers or a revised base construction, include those requirements in the structural brief.

This three-quarter view brings the front and side graphics together. The sample carries Pair of Thieves branding and a boxer brief message. HolidayPac can develop the corresponding tray with your own approved artwork, colours and product information.

Send your current retailer packaging brief together with the shelf width, depth and clearance height. We also need the individual product dimensions, packed weight, quantity per tray and replenishment method. Price-sign placement and any required sign supports should be included in the drawing review.
A Walmart application does not automatically mean a tray is approved for every programme. The final structure, artwork, shipping configuration and any stacking requirement should be checked against your current buyer specifications and an approved sample.
HolidayPac has worked in packaging and retail displays since 2010. We support B2B brands, importers and retail suppliers with structural development, custom printing and production coordination. Our manufacturing presence in Xiamen and Cambodia supports projects for North America, Europe and Australia.
For this PDQ display tray, the process starts with a product and shelf brief, continues with a structural sample and artwork review, and proceeds to bulk production after sample approval. Ask about existing dies and standard structures if you want to assess a shorter development route.
Yes. Dimensions, artwork, board specification and product layout can be developed around your products and retailer brief.
It can be adapted for boxed underwear, socks and apparel accessories. The tray structure and board specification must be reviewed for the size and weight of each product.
This is a Walmart PDQ application supplied as a design reference. Approval for your programme depends on the current retailer requirements and the final agreed sample; no universal approval is claimed.
The photographs do not establish a tested stacking specification. If stacking is required, provide the number of layers and packed weight so the structure can be designed and validated accordingly.
Please ask us to check availability for your dimensions. Stock status and the suitability of an existing die are confirmed individually before quotation.
Send product dimensions, weight, quantity per tray, shelf dimensions, artwork, order quantity, delivery destination and the retailer packaging brief. MOQ and lead time are confirmed with the quotation.
