Built from food-grade fibre and finished with a water-based aqueous grease barrier rated TAPPI Kit 5 by default, holding back canola, peanut and beef tallow oils for over 30 minutes. Sufficient for almost all hot-food applications. For longer dwell times Kit 7 upgrade is available at a small uplift.
The auto-lock crash bottom snaps shut in under one second — no glue, tape or second hand needed. The exterior accepts full-color CMYK plus up to two Pantone spot colors. Hot stamp foil, soft-touch matte lamination, spot UV and emboss are all available. Inside-print — decoration on the inner surface visible only at unboxing — is increasingly popular for ghost-kitchen, subscription and gifting brands.
Every Holidaypac food-format unit is PFAS-free by default since 2023, two full years before the California AB 1200 ban took effect. The aqueous grease barrier is recyclable in standard fibre recovery streams. Soy-based ink de-inks cleanly. FSC-certified board is available at no upcharge for orders over 5,000 pieces. Customers exporting to North America, the EU, the UK and Australia receive PFAS migration test certificates with each shipment at no charge.
Standard MOQ varies from 100 (gift/favor) to 1,000 (food-service) pieces. Sample lots of 50–100 pieces are quoted for tasting events, pop-ups and pre-launch.

The kraft + aqueous base is microwave-safe up to 110°C. The constraint is decoration: any metallic foil, holographic finish or metallic ink will spark. We flag this during pre-press review.
